Try the new version (Beta)

A new version of Thermotrack-Webserve is to be launched in January y’16.
You can now use the beta version with your existing login and password, using the following link:

What’s new?

  • Check data and modify setting on you Tablet or Smartphone, just like you do on your PC. (the screen size will adapt to the device ‘s size)
  • Access quicker to your data (no more flash player needed)
  • Modify setting from the graph view
  • Zoom on the graph with your mouse or finders (Smartphones and tablets)
  • Choose the type of  alarms to be sent to each user (Excursions, Non detection modules or all)*
  • Choose the calendar of alarm sending for each user*
  • And many other more option to save time…

This new version will be launched end of January ’16. We still need to improve some functions. Send us your comment if you see things to fix.

Non-detection Alarms on Sept 8th 2015

Our service provider informs us a of incident today starting at 4:36 pm.
This incident has impacted our Thermotrack Webserve server.
this is is reason why you might have received alarms

We have been informed at 5:50 pm that the situation is back to normal.

Reading and Programing Buttons with Chrome

Since September 1st, 2015 and version 45, Chrome no longer supports the  Java Plug-in that we use to communicate with Thermo Buttons and Hygro Buttons data loggers.

People who program and read dataloggers have to use another brower, Internet Explorer or Firefox.
Those who review and check data online can still use any browser, including Chrome, but also Safari for Mac.

To download Firefox for free, please visit the Mozilla website.

Note that this only conerns people using Thermo Buttons and Hygro Buttons Data Loggers

You can now monitor many new parameters in real time using Thermotrack Webserve

  • In fact … nearly any physical parameter you would like

Using our 4.20 mA interface, you can now use any sensor with a 4.20 mA output and integrate it into Thermotrack Webserve. Very easy

Dashboard

New Supervision function

You can now create your dashboards and display all of your sensors on one single screen with automatic refresh.

You just need to create a user with « Supervision » rights. By connecting with the login and password of this user, the board with be automatically displayed with the temperature, the time of last log, and the color will help you to know if your sensors are in alarm status. You can also drag each sensor with the mouse or with your finger to put them in the order you like.

This screen can be displayed on a PC, but also on a Smartphone or a Tablet.

Alarms Reminder

New function: alarms reminder
Update V20140123

You can now program the alarms to be resent automatically, until the temperature is back to the normal range. This enables you to closely monitor the temperature of your equipments.
If you have activated the alarms justification, the reminder is sent until the alarm is justified.

To activate this alarm repetition, enter the reminder frequency in the sensors settings.

  • Graphs are refreshed automlatically each 5 minutes
  • A “Test SMS” button helps you validate that the mobile number entered is valid
  • The email sent to Super-Administrators are sent in the chosen language

 

New option for the alarms

Get an alarm siren wherever you want when temperature exceeds the thresholds : TTW Pop Up Client

The “Pop-Up Client” is an audible and visual alarm signal, that is activated when temperature thresholds are exceeded. It indicates the alarm type, the temperature log and the high and low thresholds. The alarm has to be acknowledged.

It takes less than one minute to set it up and it can be installed on an unlimited number of Pcs. This is a remote, multi site and multi user alarm control. You only have to buy it once.
